Terms of Service
Last updated: October 1, 2026
Overview
RETOS is a private dashboard used by a real-estate content team to create tracked links and QR codes, manage the links inside their YouTube video descriptions, and measure how their content turns into leads. By accessing the RETOS dashboard or connecting a YouTube channel to it, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Who may use RETOS
RETOS is intended for the team that operates it and for channel owners who have been invited to connect their channel. Access to the dashboard is protected by a shared team password. You must not share your access with anyone who is not authorized, and you are responsible for activity that happens under your access.
Connecting a YouTube channel
When a channel owner connects their channel, they grant RETOS permission through Google’s OAuth consent screen using a single scope, youtube.force-ssl. With that permission RETOS can read the channel’s videos and read and update their descriptions on the owner’s behalf, only when a team member asks it to.
You confirm that you own or are authorized to manage any channel you connect, and that your use of RETOS with that channel complies with the YouTube Terms of Service.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use RETOS to:
- access or modify a channel you are not authorized to manage;
- post misleading links, spam, or content that violates YouTube’s policies;
- attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
- use the service to break any applicable law.
Your data
How we collect, use, and protect data — including data accessed through Google and YouTube APIs — is described in our Privacy Policy. A connected channel owner can revoke RETOS’s access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Service availability
RETOS is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We work to keep it running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RETOS and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. The service is a tool for managing links and measuring content; you are responsible for the content you publish and the links you place.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of RETOS after a change means you accept the updated terms.
